If your Yoga Mat could talk….
If your yoga mat could talk it would tell you how beautiful you are.
If your yoga mat could talk it would tell you sink all your worries into the mat so you can focus on your gratitude.
If your yoga mat could talk it would tell you it’s not how perfect the pose is, or the pose at all…but becoming more aware about what you *can* do vs what you *cant* do.
It would tell you thank you for showing up to practice today.
It would tell you how strong you are.
It would tell you to speak kindly to yourself.
If your yoga mat could talk it would remind you that Yoga is a practice, not perfection.
